Our Customer Support Centre is one of the leading contact centres in the country, and our courteous staff of the Customer Support Group (CSG) is tasked with the priority of living up to the promise of providing consistent first-class customer support and quality services to all our BAs and customers. Our CSG team also operates a technologically advanced contact centre in all three languages: Sinhalese, Tamil and English.

TRAINING CENTRE

Global Lifestyle Lanka Training Centre is one of the reasons for the success of the company, fitted with state of the art multimedia equipment it can comfortably seat up to 400 customers theatre style in two different halls, furthermore it can also seat 200 more customers banquet style on the ground floor, this training environment offered free of charge to our Business Associates (BA's) which help them to bring their team to a greater success.
